Free Heat Pump Promotion

Terms & Conditions

This promotion is valid for contracts signed and completed between October 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.

This promotion is open to customers who purchase a Plunge Lab pool (either the Pāua or Māko model) and pay the full contract amount within seven (7) days of signing the contract.
Available for individual consumers purchasing directly from Plunge Lab Limited. Commercial and reseller purchases do not qualify.

Eligible customers will receive one (1) free Oasis iX13 Heat Pump, valued at $5,740, with their Plunge Lab pool purchase.

This offer is subject to product availability. In the event of supply limitations, Plunge Lab Limited reserves the right to offer a comparable alternative or delay fulfillment until the heat pump becomes available.
The heat pump is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other products or services.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers from Plunge Lab.
The labor and materials required to install the heat pump will be at the expense of the customer.

To qualify, customers must pay the full contract price within seven (7) days of signing the contract.
Payment must be made using the accepted payment methods. Failure to complete payment on time will void eligibility for the free heat pump offer.

If the contract is canceled after the heat pump has been delivered, the customer will be liable for the heat pump’s full retail value of $5,740.
If cancellation occurs prior to delivery, the customer will forfeit eligibility for the complimentary heat pump offer. In accordance with our standard terms, refunds are available up to 40 days before the scheduled installation date.

Plunge Lab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Plunge Lab shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from this promotion.
By participating, customers agree to be bound by these terms and Plunge Lab's standard terms and conditions of sale.
